Heritage 1981

Since the first gust of fall wind and the rustic colors of leaves falling to the ground, i’ve been on the hunt for the perfect cardigan/jacket to add to my endless clothing line i like to call, “The Black Collection.” Those who are close to me and see me on a regular basis already know what this means…;-).

On a recent trip to The King’s godson’s indoor pool party, we decided to head to a local mall. The angels who guide me must have read my mind because we were about to hop on the freeway and head to Southland Mall but i quickly saw Newark Mall and realized i haven’t been there before and honestly, i had no idea Newark was it’s own city (sorry Newark). Many stores later my eyes locked into the perfect sweater that i’ve been looking for, for what seemed like forever! Noticing that it was a huge Forever 21 that sold Heritage for guys, i almost jumped over the railing to get to into the store and find that jacket because we all know that Forever is like a zoo in there and if they don’t have your size……they don’t have your size and you would be SOL (Shit outta Luck!) So take a look see because The Duke will be sportin’ some new attire down the catwalk..RAWR!
